The acid in lemon juice and vinegar helps to kill bacteria and
dissolve the wax and residues found on the skins of your fruits and veggies
The solution works to both breakdown and clean off pesticides.
Produce Wash:
1 cup water
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 of a lemon
1 tbsp baking soda (optional)
Directions:
Mix ingredients in deep container since there will be some fizzing from the baking soda & vinegar. Then pour into a spray bottle.
