Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
8 eggs
6 pieces of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
2 green onions (chopped)
¼ cup goat cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375℉.
Cut cauliflower into small, bit sized pieces.
In a large bowl whisk eggs then add the cauliflower, bacon, onions and goat cheese. Stir to combine.
Spread mixture into a 9×9” baking dish.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes
