4 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 Tbsp coconut oil (more for pan)
3 small or 2 large avocados
½ cup honey
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 Tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp vanilla
½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a 9×9” baking pan with coconut oil. Set aside.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a double boiler until smooth. Set aside to slightly cool.
Puree avocados and honey in food processor until very smooth.
In a large bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients together.
Whisk in the eggs and vanilla.
Stir in the avocado, melted chocolate and nuts, if using.
Spread batter into the prepared baking pan.
