This Kaufmann 1 friendly spaghetti is brought to us by Sharon Huges from Apex Health. This recipe will makes 6 servings.
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 large onion (diced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 lb grass-fed lean ground beef
6 oz can tomato paste
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 Tbsp oregano
1 Tbsp parsley
2 bay leaves
Spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles
In a large Dutch oven, sauté onion and garlic in oil.
Add ground beef and cook until cooked and no longer pink.
Add the remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for at least one hour.
Serve over cooked spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles.
