Ingredients:
1 dozen eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
5 tsp jalapeño sauce or sriracha (Kaufmann friendly)
4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
⅛ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Directions:
Add eggs to boiling water and boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Once cooled peel eggs and cut in half length wise.
Put yolks in a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix well then spoon mixture into egg halves.
Chill, covered.
