These Herb-Seasoned Turkey Patties are Kaufmann 1 and the recipe will make four servings.
1lb ground turkey
¼ cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp each dried marjoram, basil, and sage leaves
4 tbsp butter
Thinly sliced cucumber and lemon for garnish
Combine turkey with onion, salt, black pepper, marjoram, basil, sage, and egg. Shape into 4 large turkey patties. Heat butter in heavy skillet and add turkey patties. Sauté slowly over medium low heat, about ten minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from heat and top each patty with lemon and cucumber slices.
