Cream Cheese Frosting

Kaufmann OneThis Cream Cheese Frosting recipe is Kaufmann 1 approved and goes well with  a lot of different dishes. We will leave a link for a suggestion at the end of this post!



1 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp Monk fruit (or xylitol)
1 tsp vanilla extract (more or less)
2 oz cream cheese



Using a mixer, beat cream until slightly thickened.

Add monk fruit and vanilla and beat until soft peaks form.

Add cream cheese and mix until combined and thickened.
