1 can chickpeas
1 Tbsp olive oil
Favorite seasonings (salt, pepper, lemon pepper, chili powder, garlic powder; Mix it up and make it your own)
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Drain and rinse chickpeas thoroughly. Once drained, put chickpeas on paper towels and dry gently.
Pop chickpeas out of their casing and place in bowl, discard casings.
Drizzle chickpeas with olive oil and stir to coat.
Place chickpeas on parchment covered baking sheet, and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
Carefully spoon or pour into a plastic baggie (or a bowl with a lid). Sprinkle with your seasonings and shake.
Let cool completely and store in airtight container.
