Here are 8 foods you should regularly include in your Kaufmann Diet.

The Kaufmann Diet is a great place to start if you want to support health overall; many of the foods that science has implicated in detracting from health are eliminated, included sugars, simple carbohydrates and unhealthy fats. Instead, a diet rich in whole, natural foods is encouraged. 

While all of the foods included on The Kaufmann Diet are nutritious, some stand out not only in terms of their abundance of nutrition, but in their anti-fungal properties. These are Kaufmann Diet “super foods”. 


Garlic is thought to promote health in a variety of ways. Garlic is thought to support the cardiovascular system by lowering blood pressure and preventing atherosclerosis. Coconut oil has many benefits, but among those benefits is the fact that coconut oil is rich in caprylic acid. Caprylic acid is among the most potent, natural anti-fungals available. This makes coconut oil a good option for cooking on The Kaufmann Diet.
