Thai Chicken

Stir together:

2 Tablespoons almond butter
1 Tablespoon boiling water

Add:
1 scant teaspoon coconut aminos
1/2-teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
2-3 drops pure liquid stevia
Juice of 1/2 a fresh lime

Thin with additional water if you prefer a thinner sauce.

Optional add-ins:
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
1/4-teaspoon homemade “Siracha” -type sauce (no distilled vinegar) or a pinch of cayenne pepper

The Thai Chicken sauce is enough for about a cup of diced chicken.
