It might be beneficial to try an anti-fungal diet, such as the Kaufmann Diet, when trying to support healthy skin. The Kaufmann Diet eliminates foods know to feed a fungal infection and foods known to be contaminated with fungal poisons known as mycotoxins. The Kaufmann Diet is rich in nutrition and foods known to support healthy skin, such as fatty fish, walnuts, avocados, bell peppers, tomatoes and broccoli. Vitamins and Minerals For Skin Health
There are a number of vitamins and minerals you should try to include in your regimen. Likely, if you are eating The Kaufmann Diet, you are getting more than enough nutrition via your diet to support your skin, but these nutrients are thought to be beneficial for skin health:
