Ingredients:
12 oz frozen strawberries (if using fresh, freeze first)
½ to1 cup coconut milk (for desired consistency)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Stevia or Xylitol to taste
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor using only ½ cup of coconut milk to start. Blend until smooth adding more coconut milk to thin out if needed.
Serve immediately or put in an airtight container and store in the freezer.
