Quiche

Ingredients:

1 cup broccoli florets
4 strips turkey bacon
6 eggs
1/4 cup half and half
1/4 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
2 oz. crumbled goat cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a large pot of boiling salted water, add in the broccoli and cook for 3 minutes; until just tender enough to pierce with a fork. Drain in a colander, and cover with ice and cold water to stop cooking.

Cook turkey bacon and cut into pieces.

Whisk in a large bowl, Eggs, half and half, almond milk, sea salt, and pepper.

Stir in broccoli, turkey bacon and goat cheese.
Pour into slightly pre-baked crust and bake for 25 to 30
minutes or until just set.


Guiltless 7 Seed Crust

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups Guiltless Superfood Seed Flour
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 whole eggs
2 tbs coconut oil

Directions:

In a stand mixer or food processor, put the flour and salt in and slightly blend.

Add eggs and coconut oil and blend or process until the dough binds and forms a ball.

Grease a 9 inch pie pan with some coconut oil.
Press dough ball out into pie pan to form crust.
Pre-bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 8 – 10 minutes.

Let cool completely.
