Ingredients

Kaufmann “Simple Flatbread” (View our Simple Flatbread recipe)
Pizza Sauce
Shredded yogurt cheese
Toppings of choice: organic pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, etc.

 

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Spread as much sauce as you like onto the flatbread.
3. Top with yogurt cheese and toppings of choice.
4. Cook for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

 

Quick Notes
This recipe is best enjoyed the day it’s made. Yogurt cheese can be found at most health food stores. Kaufmann 2 diets could consider blending in a hard cheese with the yogurt cheese.
