Pecan Coconut Fat Bombs

These “fat bombs” are one of my families favorites! Even the kiddos love them and all ingredients are Kaufmann Diet friendly.

For those of us who would like to nibble on a sweet treat every now and then, fat bombs may be just the answer. They’re loaded with healthy fats to keep you full, with just enough sweetness to satisfy your cravings. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of pecans
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 – 2 tablespoons coconut butter
3 tsp of xylitol
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well in the food processor and form into little balls. Refrigerate for a few hours. Delicious!
