This is not so much a recipe as a starting point. Adapt the amounts of
the individual ingredients to suit your personal taste. Here’s an
example of quantities that I find pleasing, but you may like it
“greener,” (add more kale and/ or cilantro,) “cooler,”add more
cucumber,” or sweeter, add more apples.
1 green apple
3 large kale leaves
6″ length of cucumber
1/2 large lemon
A handful of fresh cilantro
1″-2″ knob of fresh ginger
Run everything thru a juicer. Serve immediately.
