Ingredients:
12 oz. Greek Yogurt (1 1/4 cups)
2 cups Fresh Fruit (Sliced Strawberries, Blueberries or Raspberries)
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Tbs. Honey (or 2 Tbs. Xylitol, Kaufmann 1)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds or paper cups. Cover paper cups with foil and insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze overnight.
Quick Notes:
Kaufmann 2 (Kaufmann 1 – substitute Xylitol for Honey)
Makes about 6 popsicles depending on your molds.
