Each weekend I received headlines from studyfinds.org. I love this website because they are excellent at quickly analyzing medical studies and cutting to the chase with their data. On Valentine’s Day, I received a dozen or more study results and these two were included;

The growing list of things women are being advised to avoid during pregnancy is getting a little longer. Although doctors usually recommend women limit caffeine intake while with child, researchers from the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) say any amount might be too much.
There’s good news for people who love to start their day with a hot cup of coffee. New research from the American Heart Association finds drinking more coffee every day can dramatically cut a person’s risk for heart failure.
So, every 24-year-old woman should immediately begin drinking 3 cups of coffee each day to cut their risk of heart disease…unless they happen to be pregnant. In that case, stop drinking coffee immediately. I’m so lost.
