Award yourself with this Kaufmann 2 Chocolate Almond Fudge recipe! We have some additional notes that are not pictured at the bottom of this recipe.
1 cup almond butter
½ cup coconut oil
½-¾ cup maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ¼ cup cocoa powder
In a small saucepan, melt almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together over low heat. Once melted together, add cocoa powder and mix until smooth.
Pour into 13×9 pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least two hours. Cut into squares and store in the fridge.
Note: You can also add chopped walnuts or pecans to the mixture, or sprinkle with sea salt.
