Ingredients:
¼ cup chia seeds
1 can coconut milk
1 to 3 tsp vanilla
sweetener of choice to taste (4 or 5 drops of Stevia)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar, with a lid, and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours or overnight until pudding has thickened.
