Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Blanched Almond Flour
3/4-Cup Arrowroot Flour
1/4 Cup Flax Seed meal
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
3 Large Eggs
1/3-Cup Natural Maple Syrup
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Tsp Liquid Stevia (I Use Chocolate Flavored Liquid Stevia)
1/4 cup Crush or Chopped Walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Mix Dry Ingredients in large mixing bowl
Beat eggs, apple cider vinegar, and liquid stevia in a separate bowl for 3-5 minutes until frothy (I prefer to use a small food processor)
Combine wet and dry mixture and place it in a buttered pan
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until center is cooked (check with toothpick, to make sure center is fully cooked)
