Why Reading Labels Is Important

Michael Smith Blog - Know The Cause Reading labels on the backs food containers can quickly digress into a chemistry lesson; this is part of why, in my opinion, it is an important thing to do, at least on occasion. Hopefully, when following the Phase 1 or Phase 2 eating plan, the ingredient lists on the packaging of the foods you buy is getting shorter and shorter.
