This isn’t Cornbread

Cornbread recipe

Kaufmann OneThis Kaufmann 1 Cornbread recipe will make one 8″ x 8″ Pan. Please share your finished results with us on Facebook!

 

Ingredients:

6 Tbsp butter (melted)
⅓ cup heavy cream
3 large eggs
½ cup coconut flour
2 Tbsp xylitol or monk fruit
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking soda

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350℉.

Spray a 10” cast iron skillet or 8×8” baking dish with non-stick spray.

Add the melted butter, cream, and eggs to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

Add the coconut flour, sugar substitute, salt, and baking soda to the bowl and stir well to combine.

Spread the mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and a tester comes out clean. Enjoy and share your Kaufmann 1 Cornbread recipe!
