Stocking Your Kaufmann 1 Pantry

To reduce temptation and simplify meal planning, it would, ideally, be great to go through your pantry and eliminate all items that aren’t on Kaufmann 1. If for some reason this isn’t possible, a separate cupboard, or at the very least a shelf where everything there is an “allowed” option, might be a good idea.Following are two lists.

The first contains items not allowed on the Kaufmann 1 diet. The corresponding list has alternatives that work reasonably well for any of the items in the first list.

NOT ALLOWED:
