Spinach Dip

Kaufmann OneA Kaufmann 1 Spinach Dip recipe that is sure to please and perfect for a small gathering. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours after completing. This Spinach Dip recipe is best served after 24 hours.



1 cup mayonnaise
16 oz sour cream (can substitute with greek yogurt)
½ cup dried vegetable soup mix (veggies only)
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp xylitol
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp favorite seasoning blend
10 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed & excess water squeezed out)
5 green onions (chopped)
8 oz water chestnuts (chopped)



In a bowl mix the mayonnaise and sour cream together.

Add dried vegetables and seasonings and mix well.

Stir in the spinach, onions and water chestnuts until just combined.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours, best served after 24 hours.
