Hot Kale Side Dish

Kaufmann OneIngredients:

1 Tbsp butter
1 bunch fresh kale (chopped and stems removed)
½ red onion (diced)
1 clove garlic (minced)
3 slices bacon (cooked and chopped)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Heat a large skillet to about medium heat and melt butter.

Add onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds more.

Add kale to pan, sauté and toss with tongs until it’s about half it’s original size.

Add bacon and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
