I like to cook. I don’t do it that often because its time consuming, and I live by myself so cooking for one can be a little difficult. But I made myself a quick, satisfying Kaufmann 2 meal that was so good, I thought I would share it with you today.
I like to cook. I don’t do it that often because its time consuming, and I live by myself so cooking for one can be a little difficult. But I made myself a quick, satisfying Kaufmann 2 meal that was so good, I thought I would share it with you today.
1 Can Wild Caught Albacore Tuna, Drained
2 Table Spoons Organic Goat Yogurt
2 Table Spoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Slices of Onion, Diced
3 Slices of Cucumber, Diced
Half of 1 Fresh Jalepeno, Diced
1/4 of 1 large Avocado
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
3 Slices of Organic Cheddar Cheese
1 Large Organic Brown Rice Tortilla
Mix all the ingredients except tortilla and cheese in a bowl until creamy. Warm tortilla in oven with Cheese on top. Put Tuna mix on Tortilla and wrap up. Enjoy!
If you want to make this meal totally Kaufmann 1, Skip the Tortilla and Cheese and make a lettuce wrap out of it!
On top of being delicious, this meal is loaded with protein (tuna, yogurt), good fats (avocado, tuna, olive oil), probiotics (yogurt), and anti-fungals (garlic, onion).
