Matcha & Tonic


1/2 to 1 teaspoon Matcha
6 ounces hot water
4 ounces (1/4 cup) frothed almond milk


Heat 6 ounces water to just below boiling. Add just enough to the matcha powder to form a paste and whisk until there are no lumps. Add hot frothed almond milk and stevia if desired. Enjoy hot.


Tonic Ingredients:
Hot Water
Juice of one lemon
1/8-tsp Powdered Ginger
1/4-tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Add lemon juice, ginger, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and a tiny bit of stevia to hot water. Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
