This excellent Kaufmann 1 Crackling Quinoa side dish can be used in conjunction with many different flavors and main dishes.
1½ cups cooked quinoa
1 Tbsp of your favorite seasoning or to taste
– Examples: garlic & herb, lemon pepper, cinnamon & xylitol
Preheat oven to 375℉.
Mix crackling quinoa and seasoning until evenly mixed.
Spread on a baking sheet, making a thin layer.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until crisp (rotate baking sheet halfway through).
Cool completely and store in airtight container.
These are good sprinkled on soup, salad, and yogurt.
