No tricks just treats! Kaufmann 2 Caramel

1 1/2 cups Honey

1 3/4 cup Organic Heavy Cream

¾ tsp sea salt

1. Put honey in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. (It will bubble around the edges) about 6 minutes to help the water evaporate.

2. Mix heavy cream and salt together

3. Add heavy cream/salt mixture to the honey, and bring to a boil

4. Once it begins to boil lower the heat, but still keep an active simmer

5. When it begins to darken in color it is done (about 13 min)

6. Pull off burner, let cool to room temperature

You now have Kaufmann 2 caramel
