This makes a great breakfast, snack or dessert. The secret is finding a really good quality plain Greek yogurt.
4 oz plain Greek yogurt
1 T dried apple juice sweetened blueberries
1/4 c pecans, almonds or walnuts
1/4 c chopped green apples
In a bowl combine plain Greek yogurt, dried blueberries, chopped apples and nuts, sprinkle with cinnamon.
