2 Avocados (halved & pitted)
1 (5 oz.) can Solid White Tuna packed in water (drained)
2-3 Tbs. Greek Yogurt
2 – 3 Tbs. Red Onion (finely diced)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper (diced) (or any color pepper)
1/2 tsp Dried Dill (or 1 tsp fresh)
salt & pepper to taste
Garnish with Sliced Jalapeño & Tomatoes
Splash avocado halves with lime juice.
In a bowl, mix tuna, yogurt, red onion, red pepper, dill, salt and pepper.
Spoon into avocado halves.
Garnish with jalapeño slices and tomatoes.
