How much Time, Energy and Effort should I give my Workout?

Did you know that about 15-20% of the results you get from your workout come from rest and recovery? Another 60-70% of your results come from your diet. And only about 15-20% of your results come from your actual workout. 


This is not to say that the workout isn’t important. What is important is what you do with the 23 hours of the day you’re not working out, as opposed to the possible one hour of exercise you spend. Therefore, get your priorities in order if you want to get the most out of your time, energy and efforts. Make sure your diet is the correct diet for YOU and your current level of health. Keep in mind that the more stress you put on your body, the more rest you need.
