For Lemon Infused Water, place 2 thinly sliced lemons in a pitcher. Add two quarts of water. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours to allow the lemons to infuse. Stir well and strain, discarding the lemons. To serve, add fresh slices of lemon to garnish and plenty of ice.
And for a really different one – Blackberry and Fennel Infused Water, use 1 cup blackberries and coarsely chopped stalks and fronds of 1 bulb of fennel. Add 2 quarts of water. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours to infuse. Stir well and strain. Add fresh blackberries and fennel fronds and plenty of ice.
