Phase 2

Ingredients:
2 cooked Chicken Breast Halves (chopped)
1/2 cup dried unsweetened cranberries
1/3 cup roasted pecans (chopped)
1/3 cup celery (chopped)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
Salt & pepper to taste
2 - 3 medium green apples (sliced into rounds)

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except apples in a mixing bowl.

2. Spoon onto apple slices and serve.
